Foodies
I eat every day. I usually eat more than once a day. No matter how busy I get, I still manage to eat. While many of my hobbies are neglected these days I am enjoying the culinary arts. This art form never ceases to suprise: it is the last minute invitation that I’m so glad I accepted, it is the working lunch, the airplane magazine with new discoveries, the leftovers in the work refrigerator, a get together with friends, or a farmers market food festival.
The act of eatting is not all the fun. I love the growing – even my small appartment had herbs growing outside the window. I love the finding – something new that I never noticed or tried before. I love the testing – doing things I never thought to do before. The tasting, the laughing, the enjoyment flow from that… and it is a beautiful thing!
While some will be joining Ryan and I in the new house (which we built around the kitchen) others will get to join us for virtual adventures! So, to share my enjoyment of the finding, testing, and tasting with my friends and family.
